Happy 40th Birthday Derik!

Ok, so I know I'm a month overdue with this post, but I still wanted to get it on the blog as it was such a special occasion.  Derik, I hope you had a fabulous 40th birthday.  We love you and I can't wait to go skydiving in a few weeks!
